Vision

At Sunrise Early Intervention we hold a vision that includes all children and families who are eligible for Early Supports and Services. We provide support for children and families to encourage growth, learning, and planning and assist them in sharing their lives with other children and adults in their communities. We offer resources to help families in achieving their chosen goals; and all children and families are respected for their unique individual beliefs, values and culture.

Mission Statement:

• We will assist families in supporting the development of their children, ages birth to three, who have developmental delays and risks
• Encourage, assist, and provide training to encourage communities to reach out and support families’ whose children are at risk and/or are experiencing developmental delays
• Promote family-centered supports and resources and provide ongoing information, education, and training, to children, families’, communities and professionals
• Collect data and feedback from families, service providers and communities, ensuring quality services and monitoring their effectiveness, responsiveness, and flexibility
